My wire comes on a very small spool, making it very hard to use the shape. Any suggestion on how to make the wire a better shape to work with ?

Awesome. Thank you for explaining about wire size while bending the wire for the bail. That makes perfect sense. I've gorgeous a rose bead made with rose quartz and some chips to make this. I will use stainless steel wire on it.

Hello just at the part where I Need to make the end coils. 16ga you make that look way way too easy. Is your wire dead soft by any chance ? I am trying with 18ga and it's far too hard for me so I can't even contemplate a 16ga. I only have acess to half hard I think it is. When I bought all my stock ready for my little happy I bought everything I could think off I concentrated on all the number gauge but not dead soft or hard . Or half hard. I think I must have half hard. If I was to anneal my 16ga I have would that give me dead soft to be able to wrap into coils? Any advice greatly appreciated I'm so excited to get this finished and so upset I was so stupid to not think of dead soft or hard wires. 😢😢om the flip side my first knit has given me 20inches and now it's pulled through drawplste it looks absolutely sensational I decided on a 4.5mm I prefer to look of a closer weave so it will be first ever homemade copper viking knit necklace taught by you to me as I've followed along this video form start to finish I've actually made 4 there all waiting to be assembled just this latest hurdle of ooooh poop my wire is half hard or hard as I certainly can't wrap my 18. Please please help 🙏 greatly appreciated

Quick uodate i managed i weaved a 6 line by about 9inches it was looking very very crafty you know not pretty little niggled here or there where my new wine join was a little short or long or maybe my loop was way too large or small. Just held my breath and pulled through draw plate today after bracing myselfbforb4 days panicking. I stsrted at 9mm and worked my wsy all way down to 4.5mm and she looks absolutely stunning i am blown away by gow good she looks especially for my first ever. If i can do this anyone can! Amazing thank you so very much . 🎉
